You have to decide what the treasures are. There'll be lots of things on the map, and islands to explore? Small islands, I don't want to throw too much at the players, so each island will have a themed treasure. Maybe it's snacks, maybe it's gold, maybe it's puppies, I'll workshop it. I could also be in the game as a treasure probably.
