A Big Announcement
Hi everyone!
Mods here with some bad news. As you might've noticed, Aurora has been dragging its feet for quite awhile. Posting has slowed to a minimum, without much engagement. While some of this is due to mods falling behind or due to the current state of affairs in the world, unfortunately it seems the number of players and player activity has decreased to a critical point. It's been awhile since we got new apps, while drops have remained a steady drain.
As of now, the mod team no longer has the time or energy to devote to trying to revive things. We aren't comfortable handing the game over to a new team at this time, so we're electing to officially close the game. As of this announcement, no further unlocks, plots, or modwork will happen. If you would like to keep playing in the comm, feel free to do so, but the game is officially closed.
Of course, we thank everyone who's played with us since the game opened! We had a lot of fun, and you were a fantastic playerbase to mod for. We're sorry to see the game go, but glad for the memories.
