Hi guys!
We have one really big announcement this time, so please give this a look!
The mods have noted that generating sparks is a bit too easy, and there's little incentive to post public bond posts. Due to that, and in line with recent plot updates, we're changing the sparks system slightly. The changes are as follows:
We want sparks earning to be an incentive for activity, so we are looking for an uptick in both IC and OOC sense of effort required to obtain things. However, it should still be fun, so please do let the mods know if the increased difficulty is making things an OOC chore. We'll do our best to find a good middle ground!
In other news, we've added the new train car: the community garden! You can find flavourtext along with some new plot info in an IC plot post here. That flavourtext will be added to the info pages soon, along with any requested team carriage upgrades. Thank you very much for bearing with the wait!
Finally, there will be a mingle trial run by the Nightmare this weekend. An exact time will be posts later, but it should be a fun social game.

- As of now, Bonds no longer give sparks unless characters are consciously attempting to get them. All the same actions count, but there has to be deliberate intent there. If you're making such a bond, please put [Bond] in your subject line for threads or use the tag in the IC comm for posts.
- We'll be keeping an eye on this for a week or two, but may also be raising sparks shop prices. If they do rise, it'll be a blanket increase of 50%. This depends on how much trouble people are having earning the sparks they need.
